Ezegro
Ezegro, is a B2C Android application that helps micro businesses earn customer advocacy, reduce their operational costs and streamline multiple business operations at a single place holders.
As a PM working on Ezegro, I was involved in performing User Research & Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Wireframing, Documentation of Product Roadmap & PRD, Product Lifecycle Management, Overseeing end to end Execution & API Inytegratinos, Program Management, Prioritisation, Stakeholder Management & performing UATs.
Problem
In India, post first and second Covid waves, micro businesses engaged in selling or re-selling of on social media surged. Often, these businesses were run as side gigs by homemakers or professionals.
Major Problems highlighted by the TG:

Difficulties in collecting and projecting customer feedback.

Complete reliance on offline shipping vendors, causing higher shipping costs.

With business processes spread across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, excel, Paytm, local shipping vendors), led to Fragmented business operations.
Solutions & Features
To address these pain-points, we had built an easy to onboard (user creation flow) and use business application that helped users perform all their activities from a single placeholder. The 3 major features catered with Ezegro were “Sales Management, Logistics and Customer Feedback”. You can learn in detail about these features from the relevant sections:
All the Ezegro features were built Independent in nature and had no usage prerequisites tied with any other feature. For example, if a business only wants to collect feedback from their customers and wants to deliver an order by themselves (outside of Ezegro), they are able to independently collect a feedback.
Sales Management
Sales Management feature allowed businesses to record sales, create customers, build product catalogues and take necessary notes against a sale/ order. The holistic nature of this feature enabled businesses to streamline the majority of their business operations from Ezegro.
Shipment
Ezegro Shipment helped businesses reduce their operational costs by 25% with an end to end shipping solution. With this feature, businesses were able to smartly create shipments with a partner of their choice. Further in the feature, Ezegro offered deciding factors like Price, ETD, Average Merchant Rating, etc..
Ezegro was also the first in the country to offer shipment solutions for India Posts at limited geographies.
Customer Feedback
With Ezegro Feedback, businesses are able to create a feedback request from their customers, once received, these feedbacks can be converted into marketing ready customer testimonials.
This helped businesses keep a track of all their feedback at sole placeholders, build trust by sharing what their previous customers were saying about their products. It further helped businesses iterate their strategies based on the feedback.

Micro businesses having 25 orders or less a month, prefer shipping with India Post rather than Shiprocket as they have to make investments in printers to print shipping labels.

Businesses operating within the city, prefer to unofficially partner with zomato, swiggy for delivering their orders.

Businesses sighted that for products worth 5K or more, they lack trust in insurance coverage offered by logistics aggregators or partners.
