
Ezegro
Ezegro, is a B2C Android application that enables social commerce business to build trust, reduce operational costs and streamlines business operations.
At Ezegro, I worked as a Product Owner and was involved from validating hypothesis to product launch. As a PM, most of my bandwidth went into extensive User research, Competitor analysis, Documentation (PRD, Analytics, API Integrations), Roadmap development, overseeing end to end Execution (including 3rd party API integrations), Wireframing and Stakeholder Management.




Problem
Micro businesses (social commerce businesses to be specific) in India faced following challenges that stalled their growth:

Complicated management of all the business operations across multiple platforms.

Challenge in reducing trust deficit with customers.

Solution
We had built an android application, a first of its kind for Razorpay POS as a company. Ezegro was built to enable businesses reduce trust deficit & operational costs while streamlining all their processes. The major features shipped were Sales, Shipping and Feedback & Testimonials. And all these features were modular in nature.

Sales
Sales as a feature enabled businesses to build product catalogues, create customers and record sales. It was built as a modular feature with zero dependency on other features of Ezegro. User flow mentioned below can give you a high-level explanation of how the feature interacted.

Shipping
Shipping enabled businesses to reduced their operational costs with an end to end shipping solution. As a modular & independent feature, businesses are able to create shipments without any dependency on sales or feedback.
This feature had 2 major components integrated into it, a closed loop wallet for facilitating shipping fee transactions and a bunch of external sequential APIs (3rd party) to facilitate shipping availability, booking, payment, tracking and cancellation.

Feedback
Feedback feature enabled businesses collect feedback from their customers. As an MVP, the feature didn't have any sales or shipping prerequisites to send feedback requests. Further, businesses can convert these feedbacks into testimonials that can be shared on social media platforms.

Impact
At Ezegro, we were able to do the following:
